Apology

Sorry to everyone for taking so long to post new things. Brad and I counted it up the other day and realized that this summer, we have averaged going out of town about about 2 times a month. This summer has just flown by and we feel like we haven't spent much time at home or in Ohio for that matter. However, we really enjoyed taking Braden to visit with all of our family and friends and look forward to doing it again next summer. Thanks for being patient. As a side note, the photos of Braden and Fifi were taken when my mom was eating dinner. Both of them would NOT take their eyes off of her food or fork. Braden is really not eating Fifi in one of the pictures, it is just the camera angle. She is so patient with him. I highly recommend a Cock a Poo to any one who has or is thinking about having children. She loves him, even when he yanks on her fur. She never gets upset or bites, she just licks his hands.

The Zoo!

When Braden's Uncle Brian came to visit for about a month, we all went to the zoo together. Sadly, this wasn't Braden's first trip to the zoo, as he had previously gone with his babysitter Sonya. However, he had a great time with us at the zoo. By far his favorite part was the Polar Bears. He was watching them swim in the tank, and would get so excited every time one came up to the tank window. He was adoreable. Also, mommy made him go see the monkeys. After all, that is his nickname. He was fascinated by the gorillas, he could have taken or left the monkeys. It was pretty hot that day, and towards the end he just fell asleep in my arms. All in all, it was a successful first trip for us to the zoo, and one of the rare times we have been in town!
